Refund Policy

At Floridaze, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives with cans that are punctured, leaking, or missing from the package, please reach out to us promptly. We will gladly issue either a credit or a replacement, depending on the situation, to make sure you’re taken care of.

Please note that dented cans remain safe to drink and do not qualify for refunds or replacements. Floridaze does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, except for shipments returned due to an insufficient address or damage that occurred during transit.

If three or more cans arrive damaged, we will send you a replacement order for that quantity. If fewer than three cans are affected, we will provide a credit equal to the value of those cans for use on a future order. Because of packaging restrictions, we are unable to ship single-can replacements.

For missing deliveries, please allow up to 24 hours after the carrier marks your package as “delivered,” since it may still be in transit. If your order does not arrive within that time frame, contact us directly and we will arrange either a replacement or a full refund.
