Shipping Policy

At Floridaze, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. During checkout, you’ll select the shipping method that works best for you, and your total shipping cost will be calculated automatically before your order is finalized. Shipping rates are based on your location, the products in your order, and the delivery method you choose.

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours once payment clears. Processing and shipping take place Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, excluding holidays. Orders placed on holidays or during special promotions may require additional time. Please note we do not ship on national holidays.

For U.S. customers, upgraded shipping options such as Ground, Second Day, or Overnight Service may be available at checkout. While delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier, we are not responsible for delays once the package has been transferred to the shipping service. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the products are handed over to the carrier.

You’ll receive email updates every step of the way. An order confirmation will be sent once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping confirmation when your package is on its way. Depending on your order, you may receive multiple shipment emails if products are shipped separately. In certain cases, such as issues processing payment, address errors, or order cancellations, you may receive a notice requesting additional information so we can complete your order.

Tracking numbers are typically assigned once your order has been prepared for shipment and may take up to three business days to appear in your order history. Because Floridaze partners with several carriers, tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping method and destination.

You can always check the status of your order in two ways: by monitoring the emails sent to the address you provided at checkout or by signing into your Floridaze account to view your order history.
